There is this guy that I have liked since last year,but this year instead of ignoring me, he treats me like a friend. I really like him as a friend but I still like him more then that. Do you think that I should just look at him as a friend figure then a boyfriend?

how are you going to answer your own question unless you find out for yourself.... drop hints... such as perhaps you two doing something together... not necessarily a date but the two of you hanging out... going to go see a movie,shooting some hoops or having him help you with some sort of work, you have to find out how he feels about you... if he's down with the idea of you two of you two than maybe there maybe a chance you two can be more..

OMG! I'm going through the same EXACTTTTTT I mean EXACT thing!!
I just told him over MySpace (a long time ago) cuz it was a weekend and I couldn't wait to tell him, that I thought he was cute.
And I told him not to tell anyone though. And he didn't.
Look at him as a friend if you look at him as a BF then things might backfire right in your face. NOT GOOD!
I flirt with him just a lil bit. He doesn't mind it. Plus, I ALWAYS catch him staring at me ALWAYS. In the good way. ANd I just stare back.
He's staring to like me now. YAY!!! =D Just spend some time with him. Let him get to know you. and you get to know him.
