I can't tell you anthing about the press and others from the UK. I can tell you that in the US, what is printed and what is said on the radio and TV is not necessarily the truth. I would have never known that had I not come to the Middle East.

We have always had a large media outlet, and we can promote something called "propaganda" or "half-truths" particularly in the realm of politics. Of course we also have scandals and absolute, outright, lies.

Do your own research if your interested, but remember not even the internet is 100% factually true. You don't know whether an article was written by a scholar or a 12 year old.

We cover up the truth..lot of editing..but its still freedom of speech tho..haha
