contract to start next. They will make £200 extra profit per day in the new contract. c) Find, by the graphical method for the solution of a set of simultaneous linear equations, the earnings for a supervisor and a painter.
d) Use matrices to solve the same set of simultaneous equationsto find the earnings for a supervisor and a painter.

They will do the job with spray guns that eliminate the need for extra painters. They dont need supervisors also, cos we, Err.... they know what they are doing. Strictly
cash in hand, job done, no questions asked..

They will not hire any new painters (and especially not any non-productive 'supervisors' - whatever they are).

Hiring new staff all costs time and money - interviews have to be held, offers made & the new starters trained. Also they have to buy additonal equipment, safety clothing, trucks etc. This is all expensive overhead that no-one would waste time & money on for one job.

No - what they will do is put everyone on the new contract & finish that first. In the mean while the eixting customer will be fed a load of ball sh*t excuses.
