Well, the girls names would be better spelled more like the original. Take Nikkole for instance, it seems a bit much spelled this way, Nicole or Nikole are better. Arrika? Erica or Erika. Mechelle? I just think getting too crazy will make it harder for the child.

I'd drop the hyphenation and stick with correct spellings. Trying to be unique will cause lots of headaches for your child in the future. I grew up with someone who had a name NO ONE could pronounce and so I saw firsthand how horrible it is. Save the odd names for your pet.

I love unique names and am trying to decide on my daughter's name too. I like Avory IsaBella, Marisol (but not so much with Denise). Ivan Chase is great. I love how all your selected names sound Scandanavian or foreign. Congrats on the baby and your unique choices.

I don't think any of them are weird - the only problem is that if you mess with spelling, you're going to give your child a lot of heartache. Being creative with names I have no problem with, but if you choose a typical name and just change the spelling, your child might just end up using the average spelling to make life easier.. that's my two cents, anyway..

I love all the girl names. I only like Ian-Chase for a boy. what about Alex-Brily? Jordan-Aaron? Levi-Mikail? Taylor-Jason?

Most of these are wonderful names. The spelling is a little awkard on a couple of the girl names.

Things to consider:
Do you want your child and you to always have to spell the name every time they tell someone it is new. "My name is Nikkoleh --thats N_I_K_K_O_L_E."
Pick names that you are comfortable with and that you like.

Some of them I like. Make sure to check what the names mean before you decide on one.
