Music--when somebody else uses their talents to write down and play exactly what I'm feeling, it makes me feel a whole lot better and lets me know that I am not alone.
My family--what can I say about this one...my family is RIDICULOUS and can always get me to laugh. My mom is always there for me with a hug and my little brother is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. My dad reassures me about everything and gives me advice while my sister treats me a little bit better when I'm down in the dumps rather than kicking me out of her room the minute I set foot in it.
Food, Food, and more FOOD--I admit I'm an emotional eater but Ben and Jerry are ALWAYS there for me.

Cleaning my house! I know it sounds crazy, but turning up some music and cleaning up helps me clear out all of the clutter in my head. It gives me time to think and a way to let it out. When I am mad my bathtub and toilet really gets it. I need to do some dirty cleaning and hard scrubbing to take out the aggression. I don't enjoy cleaning, but I hate a dirty house just as much as I hate being sad so I can kill two birds with one stone.

It`s weird because when I`m sad or upset, I don`t WANT to feel better at that moment. I just have to get through that moment and get it out of my system, not just shove it aside for later. When I`m sad, I let it ALL out. Everything, I don`t hold back.
Then when I`m done doing that I automatically feel better, no things needed.

Friends are the best solution, working out with makes your body release endorphins, chocolate which gives you a chemical sensation of pleasure, a long session of passionate sex, anti-depressant drugs, which could be natural or prescribed, alcohol, a funny movie, cheerful music.
