Frank Tuttle was a chief contractor officer of an African development oil company for 15 years retiring in September 30 2003 and then died with his entire family in a plane crash on December 26, 2003. He was to be worth $13,500,000.00. Is there any truth to this claim?

No, it is just part of a scam you got via email where someone wants to split the money with you.

Is your name Tuttle by any chance? I have rec'd one , but the name was "Frank Weaver", guess as to what my last name is? You guessed it. Not even enough imagination to use a different 1st name. Total scam-just delete.
