With the computer powered down, nothing is being done on the computer.

if your computer is hibernating, it will have turned off all functions until you restart the system, then it will need to reconnect and then restart your download.

no, it will shut down the system but I have FREE plugin and u download in under 45sec and it helps when u have unsaved data on your pc........

get fire fox, its safer and you can pause resume and aim all downloads to goto a cirtan folder.
