well i would take a snack and a glass of water to bed with me and read my book for a while, after reading a few pages i would watch a bit of TV followed by a bit of something else. after licking my snack and drinking my water to quench my thirst I'm ready to sleep.

LOL in my fantasy world, I take William Hague to bed with me...but in reality, it's usually a book or a sudoku puzzle and a glass of water.

My tv is always on and I set the timer (most of the time) I have several bottles of half drank water and a couple bottle of propel on my night stand with several books too.

My TV has a timer I can set, so it goes off on its own, which is good, cuz I like to watch TV and go to sleep by it!

music, TV, bio textbook( puts you to sleep instantaneously thats if you arent a nerd), baby blanky, Fall Out Boy autographs right next to my bed, and Bam Margera post right above my bed, yep thats it
