You didn't give much info about the bet or if they expect you to dress a certain way, so you should go all out & dress-up completely as a girl & have fun, but you will need help. You should ask a girl that you are close with to help you, if you don't have a close friend, then just ask your mom, sister, aunt, the girl next door & just tell them that you lost a bet & have to dress-up as a girl & you'd like to know if they'd help you. You'd be suprised at how many girls like to dress-up guys.

Try a simple tee shirt and jeans ... you won't look TOO strange and most people won't know ... or you can go ALL OUT and wear an evening gown and thongs and 'flaunt it' for a day ... and people will just think you're 'weird' and admire you for you sense of humor.

if u gotta do it then u might as well make it funny. get a mini shirt and some tights and heels and work it. get a wig in a bright color like purple or blue too and get one of your friends to put on makeup in a really ugly and obnoxious way.
