Does anyone know how to become a retail/restaurant tester?

What you do is go to different retail stores and restaurants and you rate how their service and/or product was by filling out a survey or writing a review.

do a google search (or yahoo i spose) on "mystery shopper" and you will find a bunch of companies offering this sort of thing.
