After watching day after day of the bad things that happen in our world it is easy to become cynnical and adopt a "life sucks" attitdue. Steve Irwin challenged that, he gave us hope that life is worth falling in love with day after day, moment by moment. My family misses Steve Irwin, but whats important is to take his message home and live it.

I agree 100%. I still can't believe that he's gone. I saw an interview with his daughter the other day, a really sweet interview. She has so much enthusiasm and wants to follow in her daddy's footsteps so I know his spirit lives on. Cricky! Can't you hear him saying 'cricky'?

Yeah, he was a bit of a daredevil always picking up snakes and stuff. But he really loved animals and tried to teach people about them. That was pretty cool.
