I regret losing someone very dear to me!

Not regretting something that I have done recently, but have recently been regretting things that I have done. Yes, once you uncross your eyes, I mean I am a mom now and I am now starting to regret my past. Not that it is that bad, just not the best example for a mom to lead. I am always scared of the question "did you ever do it?" or "if you did why can't I?" I just wish I could turn back time and live a better young adult life. But then I think, if I was not a crazy college chick then I would have never met my husband and hooked him by flashing my boobs on Bourbon St. Or if I would have done well in high school and not smoked so much pot, then I would have gone to a better college. But once again, I would not have met my wonderful man and had my WONDERFUL, HANDSOME, ADORABLE little boy! But I still wish I could have made better decisions. Like I said, I am just now starting to look back and have regrets.

I sent an email to a guy I had a relationship with 5 years ago, just to say hello...he wrote back right away...but the second I sent it I could've smacked myself. He's in his forties, I'm in my twenties - so dumb on my part. Nothing will come of it, I just shouldn't have bothered.
