Why are ninjas so good at killing people?

Do they have no emotions? Do they use some special technique? Go into detail...I feel like reading about what people think of ninjas and such.

Well, I think they trained for it, like soldiers do now, that doesn't mean they have no emotions, just that they can control them to "get the job done".
