it looks like an older model studibaker but as best i can see the hood orniment is a chevrolet. back in the1960 a lot of hotrod people used gm and cadilac parts to rebuilt studibakers . the 'in' thing was to change the hood orniment too. they were called studilacs and in hot rod circles and brought alot of priestage to their owner-builder.in my opinion it,s one of these modified automobiles. i have a picture of a studibaker-gm very simular to your picture i will share with you if you like.

Trackerrr is probably correct. The only reason I have any reserve about this identification is that '50s US cars in Cuba have often been thoroughly modified over the years in order to keep them running in the absence of factory parts or replacement vehicles.

It is a 1950s Plymouth. The parts were nearly interchangable throughout those years. I don't see a badge on the side though, so model identification is difficult.

Resoration charges for the autos may also be further to his groundwork to investigate what his benefit is. If he had them 15 years, he most likely needed to do a little healing. But sure his benefit need to be stated on his tax go back. Selling them both yr may not make a change.
