Usually the ceremony thing is something us girls want and the guys just tolerate.I am sure if you talked to your hubby you will find it really doesn't bother him. My wedding also cost only 300.00.My mom had to make my dress. And we had a small wedding in our apartment. We also wanted to have a big ceremony for out 10Th. But between working to many long hours to have time to plan things and the financial stress we were already under from buying our new home and having to replace our cars in a six month period of time.We couldn't have our big church wedding. So we decided to have a nice anniversary party instead. It was nice it only cost about 300-400 dollars and we had our family and closets friends. It wouldn't have cost has much but we ordered all of the food and got a really fancy cake.I think we actually had more fun just having a nice relaxing party than a big affair like we had planned.Has long has you have each other does it really matter if you have a big ceremony?Look at how many people spend tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding and don't make it has far has we have.

Why not have a simple ceremony? You've reached a milestone worthy of a celebration. Invite a few close friends and family. Keep it small. Then you won't put much of a dent in the house dream. You'll have the memory and the house at some point. In fact, you can sit in the house and remember the ceremony or watch it on DVD.

as a woman I would rather continue to save for the dream home. However vows can be renewed and not have the huge wedding type ceremony.

Continue to save for your dream home. Shoot for a ceremony when you can afford a large party at your new home - say at the 15th year mark. I wish my spouse were as practical as you are.

difficult question, and finally no one can answer that apart from your self. besides the undeniable fact that, possibly some useful insights will come out of this. Spending: spend purely as much as you ought to. The happiness in figuring out to purchase issues is purely non everlasting, however the happiness present day in employing them is lots greater everlasting. So use what you have. The happiness present day in giving is fantastic. The overused word "the perfect issues in life are actually not loose, yet helpful," is relatively fairly genuine. For me, friendly responsibilities that I even have taken on (financial and in any different case) is likewise fairly helpful. As is troublesome myself, and increasing above those stressful circumstances... Saving: a elementary training is to maintain %10 of each thing your earn/ make. This is sensible to me, yet possibly it will be greater. You in no way be attentive to once you are going to choose it... and in case you in no way do, then it fairly is large too. it is larger to have slightly better than you decide on, than slightly much less. in case you may keep away from it, do not bypass into debt for issues which will purely serve to make you quickly chuffed. discover savour life interior the human beings you call acquaintances, interior the activities you do (inclusive of artwork!), interior the meals which you consume, in staring at your financial employer account improve, in increasing to stressful circumstances, friendly household initiatives, helping others, and something you do. submit to in ideas, money is finally valueless and potential not something. Time is the main effective source which you have, and you will't save it... you may purely spend it in spite of in case you % to or not. So spend it doing something which you relish...

I would do the more practical thing. What can you do with a ceremony besides remember it? I'd rather have the house.
