ok, my laptop is not responding properly, its too slow and many programs arent working, it takes to long to load, its really slow, how can i ram clear my laptop?

"ram clear"? that's a new one on me. ram memory clears itself everytime you shutdown your pc and by manually emptying the ram while your pc is running would probably (definately) crash it.

and "clear" itself is such a vague term..completely wipe? uninstall certain programs? clear of viruses and spyware? restore to 'as new' condition using a restore cd?

also, have you backed up your documents before considering doing whatever form of clearing it is you intend to do?

It will take several steps:
1. Run CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/) to delete unnecessary data files.
2. Run the Windows Disk Defragmenter that comes with Windows
3. Check some of the Control Panel -> System -> Advanced options that are selected:
Visual Effects: Choose Best Performance
Advanced -> Virtual Memory: Choose a value 1.5 times installed memory for both minimum and maximum values.
Restart the laptop to activate these settings.
