Becoming an Actress!!!!?

Hey,

Well I interested in becoming an actress.
There is one problem though I have never been in any plays or nothing but I have the talent...

Everyone seems to say that you must go to acting school or have classes in order to become an actress..I am trying to see if that is true...

But I am looking for auditions to attend to get roles in movies, TV shows, etc... Can someone please tell me where I can find auditions for these things or websites that I can visit to get more info... I am really determined to become an actress..

Hey Girl, I don't know how old you are but you at least need to get some experience on stage in high school or definitely in college. Once there, you can share experiences and advice with people like yourself. This helps to support your dreams. I found the best people to get advice (and roles from) were at the local playhouse production and at small colleges. I'm pretty sure I won't make it "to the bigtime" but I have had fun being a stage actress for about 4 years now.

There's a great possibility that you have talent, but not many movies or TV shows will give you too much consideration if you don't have any experience.

If you're really interested in theater, you have to start small. Audition for your school play or at a community theater. This will give you a chance to see what acting is really like and find out what kind of potential more experienced people see in you. Get involved any way you can. It's important to take every opportunity for practice and improvement. It's up to you to get yourself out there!

you don't ave to go to classes but you shud at least get some experience.join the drama club if there is one in your school.do stuff at the local youth center which i expect to be free.your experience does nt ave 2 be professional.lol
