Answer: Uneducated people who have lived a life with predominantly one race and have been led to fear the unknown. As soon as people start meeting and mingling with people of other races as equals? It's very difficult to be an extreme racist. If you feel safe and confident about yourself? It's difficult to be a racist. But if you're angling to get us to name a *race* as being the most racist, the question is already racist.

In My Experience, it would be whites. I am a black female who has been called a ****** to my face. I really never had this problem until I moved to a part of Alabama that is really racist, but still whites are the ones who don't appreciate others' beliefs or religions. Whites are also the ones who trekked to America in pursuit of colonizing it and spreading THEIR religion. Just because Africans and Native Americans had different religions and faiths, they associated it with sin and witchcraft. Whites are also the ones starting wars with other countries. Do you hear of South America (Spanish ancestry) or Africa (black ancestry) having wars? NO!!! Now, don't get me wrong I'm not applying this to ALL whites. I have many white friends. Matter of fact, I have been said to be a white girl trapped inside a black girl's body, but the truth of the matter is, the white race is the most racist people on this planet.

British Muslims and muslims in general. They pounce on any remark made by a white british person,then deliberately or otherwise misinterpret it and shout racist. They have turned more people against them by using the word racist as a big stick to threaten anyone who dares to disagree with them.

I'd have to go with whites. This is based on everything going on in the news, not to mention on my personally experience and for those I know. Also whites have in some way have enslaved, mistreated or exploited every race they have come in contact with. History tells the tale.

i dont think it's any race in particular, anyone can be racist and i think everyone is to a certain extent. it's other people that make others racist. i think a certain race has a big chip on their shoulder (I wont say which one), because they are jealous of the rest of the world and think everyone owes them something.
