Hello to you, from upstate NY, its sunny, but, only 37*.... What made me happy? I got a phone call stating I have been approved for a Mortgage loan! So, I was more like ecstatic!!

Happy Anniversary! I'm in Phoenix, AZ and it is a whole lot colder than it usually is around here lately. The cold weather makes me stay indoors, but warm sweats and control over the remote make it an ok day.

congrats!!! i live in zanesville ohio and its cold here, but it was freezing yesterday!! its partly sunny here. i am happy by knowing i'm beating my friends on answering the most questions! I'm trying to get to level 4!!! wish me luck (or give me 10 points!! ha ha)
