I do! Everyone has their part to play in this world, however long or short that time may be, (for good or bad). What is insignificant to one person means a great deal to another. I have had an extremely turbulent life and would be lying if I hadn't thought at times that it's over-rated. But when you are at rock bottom there's only one way to go and that's up. Life can bring so much happiness and yet so much pain. It's contrary, as there is no norm! What keeps one person motivated in life could push another person over the edge. A child dies in Africa every 3 seconds from illness and poverty. How do these families keep motivated? They are so brave and deserve so much more than what is given to them!

I have suffered hardship as have most people. I have been homeless, without any support network, suffered physical and mental abuse and at those times, I saw no way out except suicide. But when I felt that way I tried to think of people who were worse off than myself. It makes me realise the good things I do have. I was determined to stop wallowing in self- pity and do something about it. This didn't involve money or work or fame or kids or love though. At the time I had none of those things in my life. I put everything into context and looked at things from another angle. I got in touch with homeless housing groups and found a temporary address. After that I travelled about and had various jobs, met thousands of people from all walks of life and truly appreciated life.

Being positve kept me happy. I also noticed that by changing my attitude I was actively encouraging some really good people into my life. I stopped allowing myself to be the victim. I believed that I'm an honest, kind, generous and decent person. I have an inner strength now and feel that whatever happens, I will muddle through somehow,. Life is not for me, or anyone else to take. You are born when you are born and you die when you die. It is what you choose to do with the time that is given to you that is important. You can be nasty and burn in hell or you can be a good person and reap the rewards.

If you need a crutch (a reason) to want to live, such as money, material possesions, job, kids, etc, then how will you ever be truly happy? If that crutch was taken from you, then where would you be? Life is a privilige and you should thank God you're alive to experience it. So many people who truly value and want life, have it cruelly snatched from them. There are people out there who are terminally ill yet love life. I wouldn't blame them for feeling bitter towards those who just give up when things are tough. It seems almost selfish!

SO the breakthrough is just around the corner then isn't it :) If you have been doing everything you should be doing for TWO years, Success is just within your grasp...What is the point of giving up NOW???? There are people that can help tailor your resume more towards a SKILL set based resume that will focus on your overall skills rather than strictly the computer skills. Also, Try looking at Monster for "communications" type jobs..they typically need people who are stong at web design...Or graphics design. Don't just look for web design in your searches. By the way, you DON'T FIND WORK BY SITTING AROUND THE HOUSE. You have to mix it up a bit. Just for the hell of it...Just go to an office building and drop off copies of your resume at every office. Approach this with Expectations that something Positive is going to come about because ot YOUR actions. EASY??? Life is TOUGH. Get out there and do something about your situation!~!!

Life itself. All the good and the bad of it. What an amazing miracle life is. I know that sounds schmaltzy but I really mean it.
Money would never be a motivation. Nor would fame. My family, son - and yes love are motivators - what I can do on this earth for others - what I can leave behind as a legacy - what I can leave as a mark - bigger motivators.

What motivates me to go on living is the fact that some day I will die after having lead a magnificent life.

The lack of a better alternative. Thats the sad thing about not believing in reincarnation or the afterlife, means I've gotta make the most out of this life, no matter how miserable it is.
