ok so last week i got a virus and its pretty nasty...zlob.trojan..i cant get rid of it and i need help with that too!! but my speakers are not working and i can only hear that annoying error beep when i do anything and i and very stupid when it comes to somputers so i need some advise!!!! please i beg!

It sounds like the drivers for your sound system need to reinstalled. Drivers are simply a set of files that let's all the hardware work together correctly.
If you post your laptop model number here, we can give you a link to the correct support site for you to reinstall them. It is pretty easy.
However, since you know that you were infected, I would recommend that you clean up your system first, then worry about the sound.
Since this is the second time (at least) that you have become infected (I read your other questions) then you really need to get better virus software!
