Check your network connection/ re-connect. if not re-start p.c.
that will do the trick....

How long have you had the connection for, it sounds like the CD is still in the drive. Failing that I would uninstall and re install to see if that fixes the problem

Your service provider (ISP) is having a few problems. Don't worry, they will sort themselves out in the next day or 2. Perhaps it's time to turn off the PC and have a cup of tea or watch Big Brother.
