If you are born with inverted nipples, do they pop out as you get older?

Sometimes they will pop out permanently and sometimes they don't.

When you are in an erotic relationship, they may come out with proper stimulation and if you decide to breastfeed a baby, they may pop out for that as well.

The real issue is how a person with inverted nipples feels about them self. They should learn to accept them self as they are and not worry about what anybody else things.

If you go to a breastfeeding supply store,, they should have devices that assist in popping them. A baby that's breastfeeding needs them popped, that's why you'll find the device at that sort of store.
