Its very difficult to answer some of them as they could be anything... but i'll try:

1. (could be anything below the nose)... buccal/manibular/cervical/gluteal... anything!!!

2. lateral (if the brachial region is the artery and vein) or Superior (if you are talking about the brachial plexus which is in the neck)

3. didn't know there was a cephallic region... cephallic normally means superiorly. Don't know if you're talking about the brachiocephallic veins, or the brachiocephallic trunk, but if you are... perhaps the bronchii?

4. laterally

5. buccal cavity is the mouth, buccal region?... maybe u mean the area supplied by the facial nerve? if you do, then perhaps the maxillary region?

Sorry for not being much help, but I've never heard of some of these terms being called 'regions'. I'm a medical student myself and I've never been taught a cephallic or buccal region.
