potassium (K) is the most reactive among the given elements as it belongs to alkali metals while calcium (Ca) is somewhat less reactive as belonging to alkaline earth metals and scandium is least reactive belonging to a transition metal.

Potassium is a very reactive element. It is found on the topmost part in the Reactivity seres of metals. It is basically the most reactive element. Next is sodium. That is why you can hardly obtain Potassium in metal form. Rather, in ionic form, because it reacts easily with other compounds.

Have a look at this to give you a better idea of what a reactivity series is and give details of more elements.
Otherwise
Potassium (K)
Calcium (Ca)
Scandium (Sc)
From most reactive to least reactive.
