If they never leave the building I would assume you are talking about illegals in which case report it to your Local Authority or the Police. They may be illegal but they are also the victims of exploitation and whoever is Employing them is Breaking a number of Laws.

It's probably best to call your local zoning ordinances enforcement office or equivalent. These are the people normally in charge of investigating such things as number of residents and allowed activities. Building inspectors, health department, and the fire department might also be resources.

Actually, the police will more than likely not get involved. You need to call Immigration. Or if you just want them to leave, go by the building and just yesll "La Migra" and watch how fast they scatter!

They are obviously terrorists.

Get your family and some friends round and assault the building using deadly force if necessary.

You could involve the police but they would only trip on their shoelaces, shoot one of them, fail to find the evidence, put them up in top hotels, give them hundreds of thousands in compensation, ignore the £28 000 cash hidden and the child porn on the computer.

Whether they are legal or not is questionable, but what seems sure is that they are being taken advantage of, or abused, call Invironmental Health Dept, and the Police.

I think you should go home and get a life. Why do you spend 24 hours a day watching them to see if they go out?
