Use to be in damn good shape in highschool. Then my senior year game, i put tons of weight on on purpose for football (stupid *** idea) probaly about 50lbs in a year and a half times and weighed up to 280. My plan was to lose it all after the season, but then I got lazy as hell, and even more lazier my first 2 years of college. Now I got nasty *** ugly stretch marks and am fat and flabby as hell now cause I got up to about 320 from lack of exercise and poor diet, and not to metion my GF of 4 years just dumped me because I got really really really fat and nasty as hell with my strecth marks.

So in about August 06 I decided to get back into working out and eatting healthier, and went from 300+ to down to now about 245-250.

I just want to know if it is possible to ever look good again, cause they say once you get really really fat, you always stay fat even if you lose 100lbs.

Just want to know if anybody out there has had sucess and is now a stud again....

And im not like really really really fat....I look more like a College Linemen, not the in shape ones, the fat ones, with tons of ugly f**ing strechmarks....and I dont want to look like one of them anymore....its not good with the ladies....too big...6'3 245

Turn off the comptuer and take a walk. If it's raining, do 50 sit-ups or 20 push-up.

Get some dumb-bell and pump a little every day for 30 minutes.

Try eating shredded wheat or oatmeal for breakfast with yogurt or skim milk.

Eat canned wild canadian salmon 3 times er week with brown rice.

I went from 33 inches back into my 29 inch jeans last week.

AND I could breathe!!!! (still don't need a belt).

i had great success with low fat diet. no more than 18 grams of fat/day; 1600 calories/day. spread the calories over about 5 meals. drink water in the morning and early afternoon. yes, you'll be hungry the first week or so. but, when the weight stated coming off, it came off at about 3-4 lbs/week. i went from being 260 to 180 in four months. 38" waist to a 32" waist. this really works!!!!

My boyfriends sister had a similar story, when she was in school she was an athlete and had the strongest legs I've ever seen on a girl! Now she is 39 and has 2 kids and she started looking dangerously round... She called the other day and said she started drinking goji juice during the christmass holidays and without dieting (trust me, the girl eats...) she lost 5 pounds in a week or so!
Don't know how it's gonna work with me cause I'm already in shape, but it sounds interesting to try... I'll sent you the link from where she bought it, hope it helps you, good luck!

After age 25 you body goes downhill, period. Go the Y, get someone to show you a routine that will tone you up and provide good cardio. That will help you be the best you can.

use a dash of cinnamon to give fruits such as bananas and melons a richer dessert feel without the sugar
