We would be like "old" EU countries.
We would have a good Health system, and TV channels that were not "dumbed down" to brain-dead.
I am old enough to remember when the BBC produced high quality programmes, now it's just the same as ITV - but state funded.

Live in France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands - and get your eyes opened to 21st century countries.

If we scrapped the NHS us poor people would have no healthcare, if you scrapped the BBC there would be no TV worth watching and the people of this county would end up as dull and insular as the American masses.
