You can't go wrong with white, but with your eyes, a nice blue shirt would look great. With either shirt, I'd go with a black or charcoal tie with perhaps an angled small stripe in it (white or blue).

A white or lighter blue shirt would probably look the best, and with a white shirt a dark red/burgundy tie would be really sharp.

Your shirt is classically neutral, so wear a shirt/tie that compliments your coloring. You'll probably look good in a white shirt(everyone does) or in very LIGHT blue or pink.

Anything color....possibly blue... baby blue not dark..b/c your suit is already dark..more likely bright colors..
