You will not gain any strengnth if you do 25 pushups every day. You should do 25 for the first couple of days, then move the 40 and so on. And trust me, people will tell you to lift weights, or they will already be lifting weights, but they will probably end up stunting their growth.

nope. u needa do about 4 sets of 2 pushups. meaning about 100 in a day

try doing 400 a day right before breakfast before lunch before dinner in before sleep
the reason before meals is because after you eat your body breaks down the food in make you tired while this is happening your muscle are working also building what ever they was used for that day before sleep because the human body grow mostly while sleeping and the mourning youl feel all sore remember drink milk in realy does do a body good please vote for best answer

Yes, it will make you stronger. Consider other exercises too. You know, crunches etc. Check on-line for exercises that do not require weights.

Well, i mean, of course it will be good for you in the long run, and you'll probably end up with stronger biceps and triceps, which in turn will probably make you stronger.

yes but it will take awhile doing that little
and you won't really make your muscles bigger you will just shape them up

the best thing to do is to do it till it hurts
