Go to orkut.com. I have my own. Follow the instructions. U find people by simply typing their name or place they live in. In Brazil this is HUGE. IMMENSE.
I don't think is very popular in N.A. although is a google thing. U see, the people above did not know. Try, and if u don't get right, e-mail me.

its simple just create an id in orkut and then select ur communities which u admire. thats it.
