having ready brek and my mum put salt on it instead of sugar, and we complained and she told us to eat it anyway, but after a while we were still not eating she realised it was salt.uuurrgghh and a really scary one \(it wasnt actually but when you are that age it seems it). We had all gone on a family holiday to butlins and after the holiday ended and we were on our way back, my mum (drama queen) screamed and said 'oh darling' the beetroot will have gone to sea.........i had visions of big beetroots walking over the wall and going to sea instead of seed!!

I can remember being in a crib..but I was walking...I remember climbing out of it at nap time and sneaking down the hall..looking into my sister's room and seeing her asleep on her bed..and then peeking around the corner and seeing my Mom and Grandma talking and my mom saw me and said " what are you doing up?" and came and put me back in the crib. I don't know how old I was..my mom passed away from Metastatic breast cancer two years ago, so I can't ask her..but I do remember this and figure I must have been between 18 months and two years old.

The evening after my first day at play group - I would have been 3. I remember saying to my mum that if she made me go back there my head would explode, as they wouldn't learn me anything. We discussed it, and she told me that would be busy during the day and wouldn't be able to play with me, but for some reason I didn't believe her. Also remember the next day, I went in to the spare room to find her, and she was doing some soldering, she'd taken it up working from home while I was supposed to be at playgroup hehe. She didn't have time to play with me :(

Hmmm...

Either the time when I was a wee bitty kid (no clue of the age) and I thought that my dad's toe was a caramel candy...or when I was 5-ish and my daddums went to work on a computer job at some guy's house (older guy with a pot-and-only-God-knows-what-else addiction) and since me and my brother had to come along, he let us watch "Mr. Bean" and play with his shiny electric guitars. I was little, so I didn't know how to play and I didn't even know I had to use a pick. I had blisters on my thumb that whole week. :)

My first memory would have been just before I turned 3, I can remember when my mum was pregnant with my little sister, and I was picking out her first toys for her.

i was around 2 or 3 & it was of me & a friend living next door who was my age. we picked strawberries from the garden her parents planted up on the hill in her yard, went inside & washed them, put them on plates w/ little piles of sugar & then went back outside & sat on the end of this huge slide connected to the swingset & just talked & ate the strawberries w/ sugar. people i know find it fascinating that i can remember anything that early but from the looks of other people's answers here i can see that i'm not alone :)

I rode my sled out into a busy street when I was three and got run over by a car. LOL. I can see my parents running across the yard to try to save me. I was totally unharmed.

I remember when my brother was born. I am 22 months older than him, and I remember my grandmother being at our house to take care of me when my mother was in the hospital. I remember being upset with her because she wouldn't let me wash the salt and pepper shakers. Weird what stays with us. That was more than 50 years ago.

Probably learning to ride my bike for the first time, think I was 4. All the neighbours came out to watch me & I was well chuffed! My little red bike had plastic wheels!
