I purchased hundreds of Swarovski crystal bicones from them for embellishing my wedding dress and veil. The service was great, the the price was good (I did not compare to e-bay because regardless of how favourably e-bay came out, I wouldn't buy on there) and they were very well packaged and considering that they needed to cross the US/Canadian border, I was very pleased with their speed. I'm actually looking at making another purchase from them for my next project.
