Ilha de Terceira, Azores, Portugal. I lived there and despite some of the negative feelings towards Americans.. the island is beautiful and I have met some awesome people there. Plenty of restaurants on beaches to eat at and enjoy the view.

prices are cheap>>>lots of friendly natives///just watch out for the petty criminals...its a paradise because of the cheap cost of everything. plus most of the Filipinos can speak English..a plus
