i dont know wat to buy on imvu i only buy an outfit with a scene but theres so many to chose from help

Your personal choices should reign supreme when choosing items for your avatar on IMVU. Since you gave us no idea what you're like, we really can't offer any suggestions. It would sure be nice if you bought stuff from me, though. :D

are you going to be cheering in this outfit? if so, then positioned on your cheerleading shorts with a dorky button down or maybe plaid shirt tucked in with suspenders and knee socks. possibly some vast fake nerd glasses? like harry potter glasses? in case you srent going to be cheering in it, then some khaki shorts and the shirt + suspenders+ glasses, socks, and a few very grotesque footwear.
