Instead of ignoring homeless beggers on the street medien,Im handing out job applications.?

Why cant they seel me a newspaper,wash my car,do SOMETHINGto show some initiative,instead of wasting all that energy in the hot sun begging. There are day labor places where you need not look good or clean,just show up early and theyll send you for a job for the day.

Has anyone here been homeless and begged like that or did you bust your butt to get what you needed with a little help but not 100% support?

Most of the people who are able to do those things DO. People who are capable usually get off thier butts and do something about their situation.

Unfortunetly, the ones you see on the street are most likely mentally ill, addicted to drugs or alcoholics. There isnt much you can do about that except try to help them. Most of them have been abandoned by their families, or they do not have a family at all. I think its very sad.

Its also very very hard to get a steady job without an address/phone number.

curiously you have in no way encountered a individual who exchange into so wrapped up in drugs or alcohol they did not be attentive to a thank you to get out or the place to discover help, or somebody who lost their job and homestead with the sh*t we call an financial device, or somebody mentally unwell who won't be able to hold down a job and would not be attentive to a thank you to define help or that they actually have a topic. all and sundry is homeless for all varieties of motives, the least of it is laziness. call me loopy however the belief of stinking and slumbering in a cardboard container the place getting overwhelmed or killed is an somewhat actual threat purely would not isn't an attractive way of life. end--they are not there because of the fact handouts pay the loan. A lot of the people on the street have mental disabilities and/or addictions. It's not that easy. I appreciate your idealism. I was there once.
