first of all i was aking if anyone had taken them while they were pregnant! Yes they are prescribed and my doctors are aware of me taking them and that im pregnant I was just curious if there was anyone else in my situation so **** off to those who dont know **** about me. I happen to care greatly about my unborn child. And thank you to those for your response.

Yes, vicodin was prescribed to me by my doc for kidney stones. So long as your doctor prescribes it, I would say go ahead. Its safe during pregnancy and for breastfeeding Moms.
And to certain posters here: Why would anyone call someone stupid or crazy for asking a legitimate question? Obviously, some of you have no knowledge on the subject so it would be wise to keep your comments to yourself.

yes, ive taken vicadin when i was 3 or 4 months pregnant. my doctor prescribed some for a back pain that i was having. the lowest dose, and i took them for only a week

Yes I was prescribed Vicodin because I had gotten a severe infected tooth. Its fine to take during pregnancy as long as your doctor has prescribed it to you. My son is perfectly fine.

I would say you better not. That can be very harmful to your baby. I hope you're not an addict. Drug addicts sometimes get their children taken away from them at birth. I know of a woman that's happened to. Talk to your doctor about any medicines you take while pregnant, even Tylenol or Asprin.
