How is it called that object, which is a globe, there is liquid inside, some small white parts, and when you turn it upside down, will give the impression of snowing?

Snow globe, unless you are my little nephew who calls it a "water shaker". Snow globes can be quite collectible, as well as quite expensive. They range in price from a couple of dollars for the very small "souvenir" type globe, to hundreds for an excellent quality snow globe.
