If that's as far as your love for your pet goes then why would you get another? When it gets old, you'll just have it put to sleet too. I could understand if it was in pain all the time from arthritis or something, but not just because you are bored with it and want something new. That's what's wrong with a lot of people these days ; they love it until they get bored, then the other one gets throne to the side or killed or something. Keep your pet unless it's suffering, that's my suggestion.

You sick horrible person!! How dare you think you should take a poor animals life just because YOU are selfish and want a younger one???? Maybe if the animal was sick, and full of pain, but NO WAY. How dare you even think about doing such a thing. What happens when you get another pet, and it gets old. You going todo away with that one too!!!!!!!!!??????? You don't even deserve to have a pet!!! Creep.

how would u feel if you were a animal and u were put to sleep just because you were old im disgusted with the way u think animals have feelings u know and the rely on humans to look after them. dont be so cruel a animal has the right to live out its life. i think u are very imature and incompassionate i wouldnt like to be your pet.

There is DEFINITELY something wrong with that! Your pet should only be put to sleep if it has a very bad illness that can not be cured and it would be suffering!
If you decide not to keep your pet, take it to your local shelter. Then, it will at least have a chance at life with a caring person!

It is wrong if there is nothing wrong with the pet. If it is sick and will probably die because of the sickness, then it is better for it to be put to sleep. But don't kill it if there is nothing wrong with it just because you want a new pet.

Are you that much of a creep to your human friends, too?
A pet is not a commodity or a product. It is a living, dependent being. If you want a change, better you get rid of the pet you have by finding a good, LOVING home for it and then you never get another one.
How would you feel if they tried to kill you just because you were old?

There's everything wrong with that! You should only put your pet to sleep if it's extremely old and suffering some illness or can't move around anymore and is in obvious pain! That's horrible!

Putting a pet to sleep for that reason is inhumane and should not be done. Give your pet to the humane society or something so that someone else can adopt it if nothing else.

yea its very wrong, and inhumane! Dont you care for it? because seriously, your completely wrong. and maybe before getting an pet, you should think about the fact that you made a life commitment, just because its old doesnt mean that it needs to be replaced. maybe you should try getting some compassion, common sense, and maybe a heart before you think about getting another animal, . because obviously, you have no compassion, common sense, and obviously you dont have a heart.
