Although it has improved i feel I'm lacking power with my kick, I tend to pull too much with my arms and sometimes i find myself almost dragging my legs. I've concentrated on this and now i kick more, but I've noticed it shows not much improvement in time.

Here is a technique I learned in College, and now teach as a WSI Lifeguard/Instructor. In most cases, when the legs get tired, you drag them, which means your abs are a little soft. Strenghten yours abs, Crunches, Sit-ups whatever is more comfortable, then swim by using your legs in sync with your arms. (Current stroke rythms) you will improve. Remember, this is not going to happen overnight, slowly build your strength
