I find that it is easier to wear with a sanitary napkin belt or
sanitary napkin belted panties for heavier days/nights.

Do people still use a sanitary belt?? I thought those went out back in 1965.

Its always easier to wear stockings and a garterbelt than pantyhose all the time. I just use heavy duty tampons on difficult days but sometimes I prefer wearing a little girdlette style garter belt to support my back . I even have a stretch girdle with garters on it when my back bothers me in the beginning of my period.

I always wear stockings and a garter belt, because they are much sheerer and more comfortable than pantyhose, and during my period I sometimes wear a small waist cinch to relieve back pressure. I am only 122 lbs and 5' 6" tall so I don't need the control, but it helps the back pain.

I wore a waist cincher - with the garters. Always trying to keep the seems straight. Then loved it when they came out with seamless nylons. I too wore the knee highs and still do when I go out to see the doctor. Of course - now they are the support knee highs. I've not worn pantyhose that often. Sears had the best pantyhose and they didn't run as easily as other brands. Remember when - we were told - if we froze them in water first - they wouldn't run as easy? So we did. Those were the days when it took us forever to get all dolled up for our dates. Good memories. DeeJay.

Can't imagine why this would be easier; you have more to deal with already in addition to having to set up garter belts/stockings and doing and undoing them and all that. I just use thin maxis with wings and it works great. :)

It is easier to wear them anytime VS pantyhose. The only thing easier is thi high hold ups, but they aren't as sheer as real stockings, and sometimes don't stay up right.

I think it is easier and isnt a cure but tends to help with the lower pack pain also I guess it gives a little extra pressure there and for some of us we need it!

This is why someone invented the tampon. I can't believe someone would wear one of those belts after all these years. They sound discusting, anoying, and uncomfortable. Tampons are the best for day and night.
