How typical....blaming it on women*eyes rolling*
The rise of "girly-men" is your own doing! I suggest you look to your own gender for answers to that one.

I think some feminist groups take it a bit too far. I believe in equal work equal pay. Equal ability to do that work being the operative word. I get so aggravated when I see women who want it both ways. They just set the women's movement back and create hard feelings between the sexes. The lack of commitment by men also plays a part that has driven women to the work force to the detriment of the family unit. This is shown by the quality of the generation that is being produced. Nothing to write home about from where I sit.

No, I don't. Comments like these make me think about the suffragettes and how they won women the right to vote. A lot of men thought that was a terrible thing-I'm sure some still do! Guys, don't let these other jerks give you a bad reputation. And ladies, stand up!
For casting a vote in the presidential election held on November 5, 1872, in Rochester, New York, Susan B Anthony was arrested on November 18 and pled not guilty, asserting that the 14th amendment entitled her to vote because, unlike the original Constitution, it provides that all "persons" (which includes females) born in the US are "citizens" who shall not be denied the "privileges" of citizenship (which includes voting
She was found guilty, by the way...the same argument you'll hear for other things today-a blurring of lines between male & female...

Feminists are striving for a world where everyone can live with dignity. I am not sure what kinds of male behaviour you think we are trying to destroy? Wife beating? Rape? Hogging the remote control?
Most Feminists are concerned about things like access to quality childcare, equal pay for work of equal value, equality under the law, children's rights, anti-violence, reproductive rights etc. So-called male values and behaviours like courage, strength and fortitude are to be admired and encouraged in men and women.

Its been my experience that men keep trying to make women into little men. A while back, women were trying to smoke cigars, and women need to wear boring business suits to be taken seriously, and they need to learn to play golf on the course so they can take out clients and they need to put family on the back burner and stay late so they can make partner. Nope, I think men are trying to destroy feminine behavior. I will only begin to accept your premise when men wear heels and stockings in 90 degree heat. And don't forget your makeup.

There are a few different types of feminists. There are the crazy ones, that think that women's rights means they have the right to do whatever they want. The more preferable feminist is the one who doesn't believe that being a woman should stop her from doing what she wants, that this is not just a "man's world".

We aren't trying to destroy it ....
Just clean you up a little!.....Make you presentable in public!!!
But seriously....
With all of the single mother's out there because the man wanted a younger woman...... or she didn't want to be mistreated...... or didn't realize exactly the character of the man she was with ......or whatever reason........
Our boys are being brought up by strong and loving mother's who are being both parental influences.
Check the figures out for yourself. I am not exaggerating at all.
Women by the millions are left to raise MEN"S offspring because MEN weren't doing their job!!
You have only yourself and your fellow useless men to thank!!
Women would love to champion strong men ....but they seem to be few and far between!!

If you mean to have the same rights and opportunities, it sure as hell should be equal.
Men and women will never be exactly the same, it's impossible and undesirable. I personally like the differences. If men were more like women, I wouldn't be able to get away with so much! ;-)

I think this generation of women are trying to make men into women. They want a man to look like a man, do man type things but on the inside they want him to be a woman. In other words, a woman in a man's body. It is time these spoiled snipes are stopped.
And, in terms of men not being able to have babies - so what. It does not take a lot to pop out a baby.

I think that the women are taking over more and more of the male dominating roles in dress, occupation, and characteristics. The men are becoming more sensitive and feminine in their dress and characteristics.
While I don't want to be with a guy who is cold and beats me...I DO want to be with a man that is a man....
Too many people nowadays have their gender roles confused.
