Yes they will work.
SNES can use the Nintendo universal AV cables or the RF adapter as new tv's still have the aerial connections.
Same for the megadrive, use the RF cable.
As long as your tv has one of those connections they will work.

Yes because all digital TVs come with some type of analog input, even if its just an S-video or an RCA yellow composite jack. As long as you have that on the TV, old systems will work. Some of the really old systems had RF/Coax in, but for those you can pick up converters.

They should, but what would be better would be for you to download an emulator for them. You can google "snes rom emulator" and it should come up, same with megadrive. Then you could play on your computer without ruining your tv.
