It doesnt make you more fertile, it makes your environment more conducive to the healthy development and growth of a newly fertalized ovum and eventually baby.
Baby's use the MOST folic acid and minerals before you know youre pregnant, so its important to have those in your system when trying.

try taking clomid, you can get it online everywhere. It's a fertility drug for women. do some research. You only need to take it for 10 day after your period, dont take it for more than 2 months in a row. Better yet talk to your doctor about it.
