anyone know what my chances are of getting full custody of my daughter in a divorce in ohio.... My husband is extremely abusive and has an alcohol problem..

If you can PROVE the allegations in court, I'd say there's a pretty good chance of getting full custody....but you will have to prove it......not "he said, she said"!...PROOF!

Get a lawyer and ensure that you have actual proof of the abuse and alcohol problem. If you also have any issues, that will be part of the equation also.
More than likely, you would have joint legal custody (in case something were to happen to you, he would have custody) and you would get physical custody. He would have visitation, possibly supervised, depending on his abuse and alcohol issues. He would also have to pay support.

I don't live in Ohio but I would suggest you get a good lawyer.
