No. What do clothing and smarts have to do with each other?

If you find "brand" name clothing products at outlet malls, or online outlets and save a bundle, then you are a smart shopper.

But that is the only connection I can think of.

Cost of a white t-shirt is $5.00, cost of a white t-shirt with colored ink saying something like "Hello" is $6.00... Cost of white t-shirt with colored ink that sez "TOMMY" is $56.00 LOL you tell me.

There use to be a time when Nike and other companies would give away their gear cuz in exchange they knew you would be a walking billboard. Now they wised up & understand just how insecure most people are. So if people feels worthless unless they are weariing expensive things, why not charge an arm & leg for it?

No defiantly not!
It's just clothes and their there to cover you up.
Why pay extra money to get something that just has a brand name? When you can just buy something cheaper and it will do the same justice. People who think it makes you cooler are retarded! People who judge people who dont wear name brand clothes are even more RETARDED!!!

no no hon...it makes you more popular. did you ever see doogie howser or any other of those brainy tv kids wearing the abercrombies, hollisters or aeropostales? don't think so...usually those guys are wearing the cotton-ply, hypoallergenic cotton, ironed by their mother the morning before. if you want to be popular, wear the overexpensive clothing that makes you look cool now, but then you look back and realize you were just trying WAY to hard to fit in....or wear what you want, be what you want. but wear pocket protectors and black rimmed glasses for the intelligent look.

Oh hell yeah it does. There is an enzyme they put in the tags, so when you wear it, it is released into your system. While you are wearing it, your IQ will jump about 20-30 points.

no it doesn't, but people wear name-brand stuff to be cool..but that wrong because the two shirts can be made the exact same way but one says nike and one says k-mart and the price of the nike is 50, and the k-mart is 10..people are stupid if they do that!
