i bought plantasia today at lunchtime but cannot play on this computer - how can i play?

re-start the computer, then install game. If you have already installed it and still no joy, then have you the right systems to run the game, ram, active x, graphics card etc

thay should have send you a key (numbers) in your e-mail to unlock the game ! check your E- mail from the place you have purcased the game

Next time download it for free and then if it doesn't work, at least you paid for it.

the most dumbest thing to remember is to install it if u did already don't ask us call the costumer support

You have to install it, duh! Unless it plays directly from the CD.
