My Sister just informed me that my EX is going to try to contact me. He did a bad thing at Xmas and I have been ignoring him since. What kinda bad advice can you give me?

Don't answer the phone, change your number, get caller ID, move, don't call him back, don't answer the door, get one of those little door peeker things (don't know what they are called), so you can see who's at the door before you open it.
OR
Maybe you should listen to his side of the story. You don't have to get back together with him, or even be friends again. But at least he'll leave you alone after he's done talking. That'll give some closure to the relationship.

Bad advice:
Contact him first, don't wait for him to contact you.
Tell him all is forgiven and apologise for ignoring him.
Actually, apologise for being such a strong willed woman and assure him that no other man can ever fill his shoes.
Light plenty of candles, have champagne on ice and listen to all of "your songs" when you first met.
Get totally blasted and see where the rest of the evening leads too...

when you go to answer the door to him make sure youve just spilled cold water down the front of your white tee-shirt & tell him you will only be two minutes coz you have to dry yourself off.throwing him the towel you giggle as you run up the stairs.
