Considering certain expressions from females, is it wrong to appreciate the way they look and what they wear. How long may I stare at a couple of wonderful hips over high heels?

Everyone is different but if you see me in my 5" stilettos and mini skirt you can look all you want! Don't come over and talk to me but you can stare and enjoy as long as I'm around!

No its not, but its wrong to appreciate them only for that. Because then you are saying that's all they are good for.
