I was getting my carpet done today. The carpet guys went to pulling up the carpet and right on the carpet pad were two 100 dollar bills.
Who ever left it there must of been the guy that had this house built. I bought this house so the money is mine.

I found a fifty in my coat when I put it on this morning! In my old house we had to tear up the wall behind the waterheater and there was a pound of pot in there. finders keepers.

Congrats to you on your find. My brothers and I just recently finished selling our mother's house so we had to clean everything out. She has Alzheimer's and is now in a nursing home. In the last year or so, she started hiding money in all parts of the house. Her favorite spot was BEHIND the drawers in dressers or bureaus. We also found some under the couch cushions and along the sides. She always had the money in an envelope too. I heard that Alzheimer's patients do that alot.
